THE state of emergency in Turkey, which was first enacted in Jul following an attempted coup, has been extended for another three months. Turkey's Foreign and Commonwealth office assured tourists that they will not be impacted by the extension. "[Tourists] should co-operate with officials conducting checks, and keep your passport and a printed copy of your e-visa or your residence permit with you at all times," the govt body said.
