Travel agents and airline staff who respond can win a Fitbit.
Travel Daily and its sister publications travelBulletin, Cruise Weekly and Business Events News have this morning launched our latest industry survey, this time seeking feedback on our readers’ interactions with airlines.
The survey, conducted by independent market research organisation Stollznow Research, will take 5-10 minutes to complete, with eligible participants in the running to win one of two Fitbit Charge 2 devices or one of 25 Event Cinemas vouchers.
Respondents are asked about their experience of booking domestic and international carriers, with opportunities to provide input on service, training, assistance in solving customer problems, agent remuneration and ease of making and managing leisure and corporate individual and group bookings.
The survey also asks about the various airline alliances and IATA, with the results to be collated and reported in upcoming editions of the various publications as well as available as a comprehensive report.
