TD breaking news – Helloworld wins WoAG accommodation contract again

Three year renewal approved along with further extension options.

Helloworld Travel Limited has just announced that its AOT Hotels division has successfully re-tendered for the Whole of Australian Government (WoAG) Accommodation Program Management (APM) contract, and entered into a new Deed with the Commonwealth for the ongoing provision of the APM services.

AOT Group Limited originally won the inaugural WoAG accommodation tender in 2012, and has run it since then under an initial three year contract period with two further one year extensions. The new contract is also for a period of three years, with further extension options of up to three years subject to satisfactory delivery of the contracted services.

For the first time the deal also incorporates international accommodation requirements along with domestic accommodation for government travellers.

AOT Hotels general manager Rohan Moss said “we have developed a bespoke solution at multiple levels to service the many and varied needs of Commonwealth Government agencies and departments over the last five years, and we look forward to continuing to provide our services in the years ahead”.
