THE Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade has reissued its Smartraveller advice for the Solomon Islands, advising of an outbreak of dengue fever. The majority of cases are in Guadalcanal Province, according to the Solomon Islands' Ministry of Health and Medical Services. The overall advice remains at the lowest 'exercise normal safety precautions' level.
