THE NSW Govt's decision to invest $12.7 million on a multi-user cruise terminal in Newcastle to support cruise tourism has been lauded by Carnival Australia. The facility will be able to handle ships of up to 300m in length. President of P&O Cruises Sture Myrmell welcomed the news, saying a new terminal would entice more cruise ship calls at the Hunter port - more in today's issue of Cruise Weekly.
