IRON Chef Masaharu Morimoto will be leaving THE MODERN HONOLULU resort on 08 Dec after six years of cooking there. The hotel said reservations for dates after Morimoto's departure would be "accommodated in a new & exciting dining experience, soon to be announced". The team wishes the renowned Japanese chef "all the best" in his next endeavour.
