SURVEY work for a five-star hotel in New Zealand's Dunedin will begin next week, the Dunedin City Council has confirmed. The proposed site, the Filleul Street car park is near conference facilities and the city centre. Stuff.co.nz is reporting the project has a budget between $50m-$70m and will stretch across 18 storeys with 200 rooms, 42 apartments and 10 suites.
