You will be a Head Chef or a chef with considerable experience ready to step into a Head role and you will have worked within a hotel/restaurant. You will be responsible for the management of the restaurant, bar and conference food service operations on a day to day basis. You will produce creative and innovative menu designs that are costed in accordance with budgeted guidelines. You will be responsible for meeting and where possible exceeding customer and guest expectations.
