Silversea owns and operates a fleet of nine “Boutique” cruise ships and is recognised as the market leader in the ultra-luxury sector. An exceptional opportunity exists for a results-driven Head of Trade Sales & Partnerships to lead our Field Sales Team and develop commercial partnerships across Australia & New Zealand.

HEAD OF TRADE SALES & PARTNERSHIPS
This role is accountable for delivering growth in both revenue and passenger numbers from Australia & New Zealand through sharp commercial acumen and the successful management of a strong business development team. Reporting to the GM Asia Pacific, you’ll develop and enhance brand awareness and the promotion of Silversea in the region, employing selling techniques and negotiating strategies in order to achieve sales goals. The ability to spot and act upon opportunity in order to build a robust pipeline is essential.

To apply you’ll need to be a proactive, analytical thinker with proven commercial acumen, exceptional leadership skills and the ability to negotiate commercial terms, identify and drive key accounts, manage budgets and ROI, public speak and maintain successful stakeholder relationships.
