GTA and OctopusTravel.com is an innovative and vibrant global online travel company, providing our valued customers with access to global land content in more than 120 countries around the world.
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Manager responsible for managing the customer service and support functions of the retail and wholesale service teams.
You will undertake a number of duties, some of which include:
• Devise the customer service plans to support budgeted growth of retail and wholesale channels.
• Attract, nurture, motivate and retain the right people.
• Develop plans to engender a customer service culture and skill level ensuring key metrics are delivered.
• Support major account relationships to achieve total Retail and Wholesale sales budgets.
You will also manage the complaints handling function, headcount, systems and customer service expenditure.
5+ yrs experience managing in a busy call centre environment is essential, as is the ability and desire to operate in both a hands on and strategic capacity.
