Customer Service Consultants (2) - Sydney
Reservations & Ticketing



Two positions exist within the GSA (The Walshe Group) office of SAA for experienced Customer Service/Res & Ticketing Consultants.

Must have:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar travel related role, preferably including excellent fares and ticketing knowledge.
• Sound knowledge of Airline Reservations systems or GDS, as well as MS office applications.
• A high level of motivation, excellent work ethic and communication skills.
